this is S tier comics! Highest quality stuff! I thought it was going to be more generic reincarnation drama-nope high tier comedy! super recommend this!
If you are reading the description and thinking its another shitty ceo series then don't worry its actually really good! the Ceo is not mean or bossy or overbearing at all he's a legit nice guy who has been pretty respectful and kind to her. She is also not a dumb helpless heroine but she does seem down on her luck and is struggling a bit to get by. its nothing super original but its a good read! not cringy or frustrating at all! Its just a nice office romance.
I went in thinking that she was going to be his slave captured from war or something but now im starting to think that by the end of this he is going to end up so whipped he will be her slave at least thats how im hoping its going to end up
I like the yellow eyed guy and all and im almost certain she will end up with him somehow but I kinda like the more tragic idea that she really does give him up and settles into her new role and helps from afar while navigating a treacherous political marriage and learning to govern a nation all while missing him but knowing what she's doing is for the best for everyone. Idk i guess I just think that it would be too dull if he just swooped in and saved her and they get a happy ever after even though she is so determined.

Man day one you get your neck nearly chopped off by your superior. Your commander then attempts to bribe you with very suspicious tiara. Then the first day of training you get beat up by your superiors. Next day continues like a twisted saw game where you are pitted against your peers and get beat by your superiors. third day you finally retaliate after getting beat and strangled and then you get a talking down to and a pay cut. hoo boy. This is an HR nightmare.
I like the logic of-ok so I know who she is and she wants to visit, but I will reject that because I want to go conquer an entire country to give as a gift to her (even though she will probably hate that)

It feels a bit rushed like it is a novel adaption that is hitting a bunch of plot beats as quickly as possible but i like it. its not great but its not terrible.

i think Lariensa has an unhealthy co dependency on Marilyn but I still like her. she's got issues but she means well. She's just very lonely and clinging on to her best friend. Idk why there is so much hate for her. Its not her fault people compare her and Marilyn all the time and she stands up for Mari when she hears it. She also goes along with all of Mari's insane whims and takes her advice to heart. She's kinda immature and insecure but she is a good friend at the end of the day.
alright basically this is every chinese manhua plot ever. you got your bitch sister and awful scheming parents. Worthless ex that cheats with the sister and the big reveal that her baby might not be his. etc. etc. all the same plot beats. the gimmick with this one is that the FL isnt a naive soft innocent woman she's a real hustler and makes no qualms about seducing the ml and using him for her purposes. she dosn't disguise her hostility to the family at all and is honestly pretty refreshing to see a Fl who dosnt trip and blush and cry over everything. The ML is a scheming playboy too. He clearly cares for the FL but enjoys toying with her to see her reactions. Neither are really good people so they actually work together well. It is worth a read if you like these kinds of plots but want an edgier FL.
The plot dosnt matter because this is your standard chinese garbage but essentially she is pissed at her family for abusing her and her mother for years. She has a fuck buddy she has been seeing for 5 years and only recently learned he was a powerful president. she is now trying to use him to get her revenge. He likes her and gets to smash so he helps her out. nothing deep here. Better art then usual and a more interesting fl and ml then usual but you aren't getting the da vinci code here its still hot garbage.
