You're right on that. The seme went to visit him on the country side after two and a half year but not to live with him. Just to meet him. Afterall he has his job at Tokyo. Guess they ARE having a long distance relationship. After he found sensei kept his promise by writing a story dedicating to him he just had to go meet him. It's truly a beautiful story which has won my heart. Sad it didn't get much recognition tho. One of my favs atleast.(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I hope the uke finds out the truth as soon as possible so that he can be lovey-dovey with the seme without being worried that he is Mari's lover. (づ￣ ³￣)づ

Yes the seme is Mari's older brother, but because she's never told the Uke she has an actual brother, he thinks that the seme is actually the guy she's having an affair with. This "My Oppa" has confused our Uke completely.
