Isogai's the guy who blackmailed Senpai to sing Doraemon! He is also Senpai's brother's husband's friend (I forgot their names and chapter where he first showed up though)
He comes in the second or third volume I guess. He once saw Morinaga and Senpai making out (which shocked him good because he knew Senpai as a homophobe and originally wanted to help Tomoe/Senpai's brother and his husband to get his acceptance). With this info he threatened senpai to tell his brother and thus blackmailed him to accompany him at karaoke (Doraemon). In short: He is one of the only people who know about their relationship.

The scanlation group dropped it because of legal reasons. Puppy love is licensed by tapas now. So s2 Is most likely up there now.
