i think the novel has a lot greater excitement and details than what was captured for ch26 of the manhwa. ╥﹏╥ it's a really good novel to read guys. still, the manhwa is good too, love the chibis (=・ω・=) it's too cute

I agree. In the novel, this scene felt more dangerous and threatening. An Zhe's choice to not tell Lu Feng about the man who saw his mycelium felt more impactful in the novel. He made the choice to let that man die (even though he was barely clinging to life anyway). I always saw it as An Zhe's first human sin.

yeah. and the guy they're with (the one who's selling phones and sold info about lu feng) died in this prison attack.. i remember being so shock there as i didn't expect him to be a sudden casualty as they were just talking awhile back then. but it was kind of glossed over in the manhwa. there was just overall panic in the novel scenes that i really like. this prison attack was like the turning point of the novel for me, the start where everything will change more intensely, and also a good reminder that everyone could die in this story ╥﹏╥

it took 109 chapters for kafka's dream/promise to come true ╥﹏╥ i mean, i wouldn't mind if they defeat this bstard now and have a happy ending after with just minor fries as enemies in the future. i just want all of them to have a happy ending with no one dying
╥﹏╥ ╥﹏╥
also, it's so cute how the black haired kid even have a doll of MC lol (=・ω・=) she and the other kid will probably be future officers too ╥﹏╥
i'm afraid Havenick wouldget to adopt MC. Because on official site, the cover looks like MC and Havenick. Not MC and Geoffrey ╥﹏╥ i don't want a redemption arc for Havenick (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ let it be Geoffrey please
╥﹏╥
I think it's Geoffrey, but he has a makeover
I can't believe they cut off his glorious locks to make him look like that seedy shmingdinkle shit money wasting worm. Not even his funny glasses: it's like when you get a makeover as a male in a manhwa, all your defining traits go whoosh. I wish people would stop fucking up their character designs: it's a part of the character!!
It's really a shame indeed, but I guess that's just the beauty standard of Korea.
