He told the uke that he know the uke is pregnant around chpt 33. But both assumed that the father is not the prince and presumed that it was duke wilton's child.
Later prince and uke discovered that it was the prince's child after it was born cause it looks like the prince

Oh that, the dragon it appears in louis dreams which represents the baby. It kept crying cause at first louis plans to abort the baby, later decide not to abort it due to that dragon in its dreams.
Later it appeared again cause the prince told louis "thank god its not my kid" the dragon/baby thought that his father was rejecting him so it cried again.
