Yes Owen's gonna leave mc since Owen's asked if mc wants a child mc said he doesn't want to (correct me if I'm wrong) So in order not to hurt/disappoint mc Owen leaves and left mc without him knowing. In the end mc finally realized that Owen is really special for him.
