im pretty sure the crown prince is the ml and he sure as hell got a personality. he gave me one hell of a rollercoaster ride because at first i kind of hated him cuz he seemed like ur typical beware-of-crown-prince-hes- trashy-and-has-anger-issues kind of ml, then i started rooting for him AND THEN HE LET ME AND THE FL DOWN so i went back to hating him, AND THEN he kind of redeemed himself at the last minute and i started rooting for him again
soooo yeah he's got a personality alright

I second "death is the only ending for the villainess" sm, I also suggest "kill the villainess" like the ml is a commoner but his pure devotion and love for the female lead is so precious, howeverr if you're looking for someone similar to lucas you should try "Miss not so side-kick" the ml is a sassy op magician as well and the couple dynamic is so cute but it's def more on the funny side (・∀・)

hi i was really happy and bummed at the same time when Suddenly became a princess ended because girl???? THE ART??? THE STORY LINE????
