While reading s02 I forgot bout Ian. Time to reread s01. I like Ian, I miss him. Hope he regains his memory sooner, remember and realize how reckless he is in both timeline. Hahaha
He is not Brian though, their personalities are completely different. My theory is that the author will kill Ian's personality and replace him with Brian
if that happens ill be devastated

Me too but I had a feeling it would happen for a long time. It’s an easy solution for the author, romance really isn’t possible between Ian and ML now, because Ian knows he is just a temporary replacement for Brian, until he becomes him (like ML expects). If Ian will just fully become Brian, there will be no conflict. Just regaining the memories of Brian (which I don’t see happening fully) won’t make Ian Brian, and won’t solve the issue, since he is strongly aware that he isn’t Brian.
Hope he can concentrate on studying after hot action
