Why does chapters cannot load? But if I logged out, the chapters load fast. Am I the only one experiencing this?

I was kinna searching for a bl manga that I've read here but forgot the title. The story is about students for all elite boys. There was this thing that if the higher ranking elites gave a necktie to you, you will become their slave or something? This lucky guy got a tie from a famous elite senpai which was known for not giving his tie to others. The last chapter that I remembered was that the lucky guy found out his friend's paintings were all senpai's image.
Can anyone knows the title of this?
