Well, I don't remember everything tho, but the treatment towards the bottom from the top gets better. The uke run away from the seme and tries to kill him but he couldn't, he still loves him. He doesn't mistreat him anymore but the uke is still angry, then they make up. Their environment also changed, the enemy in the history is the emperor who is torturing his brother (they guy who appears to flirt with the uke at the beginning) (also, it seems that the guard is in love with him.. so second couple.
