Why are they drawn like they can't maintain proper eye contact? Like they'll miss every handshake they'll ever initiate? They're low-key awkward. What even is this combination of a couple? My grandma with a lumbar lordosis and my grandpa with a forward head posture are a better match than whatever this is.

I don’t care if he misunderstood/misheard the uke when our baby was telling the seme he’s pregnant. RED FLAG it just shows the seme’s immaturity and irresponsible character. Who would want a man who easily assumes and gets triggered over his own thoughts.

He’s assumed everything, then he basically verbally abused and discarded the uke, who’s to say he won’t do it again. Those actions of his traumatized our baby for the past 7 years.

Another thing the seme selfishly marked the uke and was like “this is your problem, you have to help me because I forcibly marked you and it’s making me sick”. Bro I am sick from everything you do.

The uke is too weak and has been a victim his whole life. He literally says he chose the seme and liked him because the seme was the only person who “supported him” aka didn’t bully him. He basically fell back to the seme and married him because he was cornered by his harsh life situation. HE LITERALLY TRAPPED HIM IN A MARRIAGE!!!

The second the seme learned that the girl is his daughter he got to have the privilege easily letting go of his anger. The uke was at no fault and had to deal with the trama of raising a child alone with not financial or emotional support. Seme had the audacity to try to redeem himself and waltz back into their lives acting like nothing happened. He got to act all happy knowing the child (that he rejected) was his and that he could have the opportunity to be a father.

“Remember that I love you and the only reason I rejected you was based on no evidence of you cheating. Just because of my dumb assumption I got to drive you away. But now that I know the child is mine everything is okay. Come back to me because I love you again. Both ways you have to because I forced marked you. You can’t say no because you owe me, she’s my daughter and I have to get to know her after telling you to abort you. Marry me too because I am gonna make you love me in exchange for a better life.”

Toxic relationship is hidden as happy ending because:

1. Seme’s family is supportive (which is crazy because this was a hidden child that they just learned about. What even more crazy is the sister knows the whole situation that her brother, the seme sabotaged the relationship and told the uke to abort. And she didn’t bat and eye to that. Like how could you support your brother after learning about his unforgivable actions)

2. It was mainly for the daughter. She’s happy that she has both parents but she doesn’t know her own father rejected her before she was born. The uke was firm about rejecting the seme until asshole seme brought up the happiness of the daughter.

3. Uke’s life isn’t falling apart because he has financial stability from the seme’s family.

Sorry that was a very long rant but grrrrrrrrr this plot was frustrating and the seme was disappointing. Also so was the uke, not as much of a fault but he really went back to the seme which was crazy to me. Bless the comments being back cuz I needed to write away the frustration from reading this manhwa.

Personally, I'm reading this story because I find the black-bellied older brother really interesting. He's essentially the driving force of the story, and is the plot itself. It's not a light-hearted story, and that's part of its charm.

Jigeon basically played 4D chess, to crack an opening in Wooseo's heart for him, set up the board so that Wooseo starts falling for him, and then set up the reveal because he wants Wooseo to know his truest depths, leaving the last decision to Wooseo, because if Wooseo can still accept him and love him for what he really is like, then their relationship/bond will finally be physically and emotionally solidified. Honestly? Fun plot.
But I want to reiterate that not once did he force anyone's hand. Every decision each character made was their own decision. Jigeon only had a hand with the time and place. He never forced Wooseo into anything and has otherwise only been good to him.
And the reason I like and prefer Jigeon is because of this honesty to himself. He's sure of what he wants, and he doesn't want to lie to himself. He's never presented in any way to the readers other than what he really is. And if things were going to go south, he's willing to accept and take responsibility for that too, because that's what he's committed to.
I really dislike characters that are put in a "good light" but their actions don't line up, and vice versa, I don't like bad guys who only have their tragic backstory as justification. Jigeon is always ready and willing to own up to his own actions.

Jigeon may not be a good person, but I don't think being with a bad person leads to a toxic relationship. There are plenty of characters in relationships with bad guys that have a perfectly mature and happy relationship. It's thinking about the balance between the two parties in the long run. Wooseo didn't feel resigned, he had a choice and he chose to accept everything about the person he loves, both the good and bad.

“Don't worry, Miura-san isn't the type to spread rumors.” yeah, but he's the type to test if a subordinate could possibly bat for the same team by bringing them to a gay bar in the pretense of showing one of his newly architectured establishments.

ML is a fucking clown. Like I wanna like him...I really am fucking trying cause I know they're gonna be together but how dense can you fucking be? The first time you woke up in your wife's body you are surrounded by a multitude of pills like fucking protein bottles in Costco bulk pills and bottles of wine on the floor. Red flag number one. Then the next time you switch bodies you wake up by the ocean shore by a fucking pistol. Like bitch, what the fuck are you doing? The old woman said she heard gunfire and picked up the fucking gun! Wait wait, has it not been revealed that Taejoon is only dating his current bf because he believes he *raped* the guy (because I really thought it had been revealed by now??) or are people conveniently forgetting about it when they "sympathize with" Taejoon's current bf??? The man literally took advantage and made Taejoon believe he raped him! If anything actually he deserves so so much worse. I love how most readers hate Jaeha and paint Eunho as this angelic being that got fucked over and is too good for him - as if Eunho didn't come back second season to harass him, shame him, and intentionally make sex painful. Yes, Jaeha's character is the farthest thing from perfect and healthy and he's self-destructive, hurting the people around him because he fears getting hurt himself. The man needs a therapist for his depression and trauma in general. No one that falls in love with him is going to have an amazing time of it. He broke Eunho's heart. He didnt even attempt to salvage his marriage. He was in a sex relationship with someone he knew was in love with him. He was selfish. His mother also abandoned him with a drunk, abusive father, who also eventually abandoned him for being what he was. His first love also fucked him over, and his past haunted him even into his marriage with his wife. He's stuck in a cycle of pessimism and he thinks him being unhappy is a undeniable conclusion because he's not good enough for people to actually love and accept his baggage and insecurities. He takes sleeping pills to rest at night. His lover's parents were the closest thing he had to actual parents, and he felt guilt for bringing their son into his cycle of unhappiness. His lover's sister begged him to leave Eunho alone. So he left him cruelly, cut almost all ties, but of course he still liked him so he continued to wear the ring and he didn't change the name of his shop because he's human. So Eunho is now disillusioned by being dragged around by an older lover that cruelly dumped him, he tracks him down when he finds evidence that this cruel ex of his is still attached. He meets him, obviously notices that he's not even mentally stable, but instead of doing the healthy thing and walking away (in the case that he doesnt intend to have an actual healthy discourse), he wants to punish him further. He hears Jaeha talk about how he was pathetically still attached after cruelly dumping him, hears him say while half weeping into his hands that "he doesnt deserve to regret", knows that the man is dependent on pills to sleep at night, is told "I'll do whatever you want" which shows the man isnt even hanging on to his self respect, but he decides the best thing to do is A) punish him for leaving and B) make him realize that he 'can't escape' through sex lmfao. So he initiated sex at his workplace, shames him for actually being willing to do it, when they do have sex, he refuses to use protection or lube, is told it hurts, keeps going bc why tf not, shames him for having a dildo, etc etc etc - basically the same type of toxic shit that happens in other yaoi but I guess its acceptable because he got his heart broken? He used to be innocent, Jaeha acted like trash and ruined that innocence, so Eunho comes back and does this shit, but I see comments like "yeaaaah cruel Eunho. Jaeha doesnt deserve nice treatment" or "cruel Eunho is cool" . i disliked Jaeha too for what he did to Eunho, and Eunho deserved better even if Jaeha's issues could be explained by his experiences. Honestly, I wanted Eunho, the ex wife, the lover to all move on while Jaeha dealt with his issues. After all, theyre not obligated to stay and endure his self-destructiveness. But thats not what happened.

I honestly think the story is beautiful, and there are realistic moments, people understandably dislike Jaeha, but Im amazed at how few people saw an issue with Eunho's actions. Im not really even trying to hate on Eunho exactly because the sex, though fucked up, was consensual, and their relationship and what happened is between him and Jaeha, but its kinda irksome for the naysayers of Jaeha to complain about his issues and preach about Eunho's awesome personality and forgiveness or whatever.

But then again, when I reread this, I skimmed, so Im probably wrong about something or other. I might just be annoyed that Jaeha gets so much hate without acknowledgement of the shit he had to go through.

I've never met someone so unlucky like my boy uke roght there. My guy is broke asf and now he still has two fucking psychopaths wanting his ass like, bro at this point I would simply kill myself like my dude must've killed Jesus to be having a life like that. God bless his soul
