The ending may not have been as satisfying as I would have liked, but the author tried their best! It seems the editors had a big role to play in how rushed the story was, so I can only hope the author can continue making stories without such limitations in the future~
Regardless, WE especially don't have any right to complain considering we're reading it on an illegal site. The entitlement some of the people have here in the replies is appalling. None of us paid to read this, please have a little self awareness (¬_¬")
