The Phoenix has a Fire od Life so it will reincarnate at some point (or maybe not - cause there is Chirpy), the Void Dragon will reincarnate eventually (cause he's a Void Dragon - part of the Void) but the turtle and the tiger - not so sure about that. The turtle also wanted his accesors from Cain so... I don't think that the turtle is coming back. Also the tiger's soul was consumed by Cain so... I don't really see the tiger coming back neither. (well, I'm on chapter 225 and there was no talk about the 11th floor after the hatching of Edora's and Phante's eggs until now. But maybe there is something in the original novel.)
