Ok first of all this was like one the first BL series I read and read it back in like 2017 or 2016. Deeply fucked up story, like honestly I thought it was going into a rape revenge story but its literally the cliche where the victim falls for the rapist and like???? How??? They are so cruel to him and yea sure Azusa may have been ass as a King but wtf like the way he is treated is way worse than the previous target.

I knew it would turn out this way. Yaoi almost never lets the revenge follow through or if it does they’ll still have the guys together. I don’t think I’ve seen a yaoi author dare to end a story with the protag single or with someone unexpected like how shoujo sometimes does (can’t list examples or I’ll be spoiling a bunch of manga with twist endings)
Successful revenge in rapist stories in yaoi are very few compared to rapist to lover trope. Also even in BL, rape is such an overused trope that is hardly ever addressed or acknowledged.
Honestly I’ve legit never read a single successful revenge story in a yaoi. From what I’ve read the raped character always ends up the loser who stays forced to submit with a happiness in slavery (“relationship”) ending.
God damn yall down bad, honestly was pretty hesitant reading it but like the way yall be complaining that yall want it to be yaoi that bad? Yea I get it but damn, it has a pretty decent plot for a smut comic tho. It has both hetero and gay scenes for the bi people out there.
