I'm not 100% fluent in Mandarin & the chapter is in traditional characters whereas I only know simplified, but from the parts I read/understood, he actually only gives Ren a handjob, they don't go all the way. Afterwards, he tells Ren "Your body is so sensitive. I'll find another man for you to have sex with; since you're so sensitive, I'm sure it will feel good with any man." That's why Ren starts crying & runs out, & when Haru asks what's wrong, Ren replies "It's nothing, this problem has no relation to you."
