Yeah I get that but remember when they said that arke pretended to be Sabrina before? What if arke spiraled after all the backlash and they think treating her like Sabrina will help her. Also Sabrina can't remember her childhood what if that was the time when she was arke?

But the crown prince can distinguish the twins though. And it seems like the crown prince got something to do why Sabrina have mark on her forehead.

That would be interesting, but with how the story goes I don't think that's how it goes
1. Like above comment say, there's 2 people who have distinguished the twins. The crown prince & Arke nanny
2. Sabrina is very skilled in swordsmanship, for someone who's "pretending" I don't think that would be quite possible as Sabrina herself talk about how she start training from early age.
3. Sabrina swormanship skill is from her mother who Arke have never met. And if Arke even learn swordsmanship, she'll be learning it from the Duke which will a different style.
But overall if that's really how the story goes it'll be like the once kdrama where when she's dying she thought of her nonexistent twins taking revenge

We also have the chapter explaining that the twins were separated because they needed an heir for each house as well. Though it will blow my mind if they casually drop her being the same person. It could fit in with how she managed to get the mark on her forehead. Like she done smacked the different personality into her. I wonder if she would even be able to mentally recover from that? Never know, everyone could be lying to keep the truth under wraps.
