Just wanna share some honest reviews (not saying that yall comments are fake, pls don't stone me)

Okay so, in every chapter i do feel like i was kinda rushed? Half of the characters (especially the "villains") were yeeted in the story as fast as they were yeeted out. (except for this HanNing? She stayed in the story a lil bit longer than the rest of those beeches and she's still going.)

Then the main characters always seem to find a way to get out of trouble. HAHAHA. Not that I'm saying it's a bad thing, maybe i just want a little bit more drama? More suffering? (again, pls, don't crucify me) just to maybe slow down the pacing a little bit coz it's kinda fast.

Third, is there a really solid plotline? (i didn't read the summary so maybe I'm just dumb). Or maybe the forced marriage was the stepping stone of their love story and this is just their everyday life until they confess to each other? I dunno, I'm so dumb.

I have read a good amount of chinese manhua, and goddamn they were all shitty. So i don't really have a high expectations when i realized that this is a chinese manhua. BUT, this is by far the best among those. Because i can actually understand what is going on with the story, the translation is also good, plus the characters were just so cute and pretty. (i remembered that one panel with Baize and i just drool). It entertained me enough to read all the existing chapters in one sitting. It's passable for a 4star review. (old geezer Ling, confess to the little fox and I'll make it 5 stars? Deal?) HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I've already read the novel so i feel kinda sad for Eclis. I pity him

Eclis became obsessive with Penelope (he reached the 100% like rate or sumthin'. The thing above his head, he reached the maximum if i'm remembering correctly) soooo he and his big bright brain decided to conspire with the Eckart's long lost sister (forgotten what's the name of the beech) and he brought this gurl back to the Duchy coz he plan to ask Penny to just ran away with him, since he thinks she'll gonna depend solely on him or such (yep. great plan. this guy is a genius I'm telling y'all). And so, upon this big big betrayal, our lil gurl penny decided that she's done with him. Like beech bye bye, go suffer in prison with yo two faced ass. So Eclis... He switched bruh. Like goddamn i don't even wanna know what's running thru his head. Cute obedient puppy no more.




And then apparently, this real daughter (srsly forgotten her name) is also a two faced villain. Imma explain why. So Penny is inside a game right? She played this game in her past life right before she died. In that game, there's two modes. The Easy and the Hard. On the easy round, when the real daughter finally came back home to the duchy, the villainess Penelope harrasses the gurl coz she's jelly. And the five male leads being the five male leads that they are, obviously defended the sweet lil gurl from Penny's harassment (which what killed Penny in the easy mode). BUT!! On the Hard Mode, the story got twisted. The storyline goes that Penelope kinda saw how the gurl manipulate and hypnotise everybody around them (especially Duke Eckart and the 5 ml's so they would turn their backs on Penny, and so they wouldn't believe anything that Penny will say against the gurl) this hypnotising thing is actually easier coz of Penny's reputation, everybody already had their doubts on Penny from the very beginning. So our baby Penny did what she has to do. To kill this girl since she's evil (on the easy mode, they made it seem like she's attempting to kill the gurl because she's jealous. This is because of the hypnosis). Penelope obviously didn't know about this because she's too lazy to read the storyline on her past life (she's focused on winning the Hard Mode which she obviously failed a thousand times)

So yep. I blame everybody for being easily manipulated (especially the first born Eckart. Fucc u dude) fucc u all. I simp for the prince tho. His mind is so twisted yet so alluring. Plus, she supports our fl in every move she makes. Like go ahead and ruin the whole fucking world i don't care, i still love u anyways.

It's so disturbing. I love it.
