NO WAY!!! I was loving the 2 stories prior but then I saw "Nonstop Zaizen-kun", I actually read that on another site before!
I was going into this with no expectations but I've fallen in love with this trope now, these stories are so good, I'm eating them right up.
I need more of this, the whole trope in general, why are they oneshots ╥﹏╥
The art is gorgeous, how can one artist be so good at drawing a character "cold" and "cute" the next panel? Ahh I'm melting.
Also the stories are short but sweet, 10/10.
This is so frustrating....I like the premise and ideas of this. I'm on chapter 11 and had to take a break.
His mom just died & he denies a beer but sex is fine?
Also he says how he felt abandoned by the vampire guy and how angry it made him yet he happily greets and gets it on with the SAME guy after 3(!) years!
While the vampire said he realized he can't be without the Mc...what an epiphany after 3 YEARS...(I'm sure there's more to it but Mc just accepting it was weird af).
Instead of reenacting their first encounter in a commercial, I'd rather have seen a backstory with more content of just how close they've become through that.
How the Lycan became his warmth in his heart, it's the foundation on which their whole relationship seems to revolve around and instead we get pointless human interest that will lead nowhere bc he's respectful and the Lycan Mc takes no interest....so why?
Have him be a friend and nothing else.
Also I love the art but the lack of expressions bothers me a bit, no hate but the artist isn't exactly great at portraying worry, sadness and anger. The rest is beautiful (especially the coloring) but it puts me off in moments where I need to see these emotions instead of being told.
This suffers from bad writing & pacing unfortunately, it's pretty messy and it's a shame since this could be so good! They're still sweet so I'll push through! I'd rather see a somewhat healthy relationship & consent than a great story with rape.
"Grow a backbone" NOW THAT'S RICH COMING FROM THAT ASSHOLE
He's the one who's manipulating Yeongwoon and takes advantage of his past feelings for him and his kindness in general.
He's complaining that Yeongwoon gives in too easily and then draws a line while he clearly pushed himself onto him in the first place and guilt tripped him into doing stuff again....then he gets mad that Yeongwoon declines.
Who is he really mad at? Yeongwoon or himself for becoming someone Yeongwoon would rather stay away from....the nerve
He's angry at the mc for getting fooled by the younger celebrity guy. The real question would be, does he have a right to be angry at the "unequal treatment"? Well, if we talk from the emotional side, it's definitely a "no," but it's different if we're talking about his duties as a professional manager: from that perspective, the ML at least right in one thing, that mc works for him now, he's the one paying the mc's salary now, so the mc has no business wasting time with another celebrity, anymore. The mc accepted the ML's offer knowing it's a full time, exclusive job, but many times he ditched the celeb he was getting paid to take care of (and to accompany to events) in order to go see what the younger guy wanted. It's obvious that, if this kept on, it would end up causing him to really start neglecting his current job.
When he said that, he was talking about their relationship, like him and Yeongwoon fooling around but the latter drawing an invisible line all of a sudden, declining his kiss even though he said that he'd "take care" of him.
I agree on your last point, Yeongwoon has a duty as the manager and I understand that he's angry at him for getting fooled by the younger celebrity but that's only talking about the perspective of a celebrity not wanting his managers attention being elsewhere and that isn't what he meant while saying that imo. It was purely an emotional response, I don't think the ML felt that the MC neglected his duties or would do do but instead got upset that he can't manipulate him as easily as in the past. Then again we don't know their full backstory yet ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ I'll give their relationship a chance but the ML personality is still iffy.
This is literally SO GOOD!!
It reminds me of Traces of the Sun while leaning more into the fantasy aspect of things instead of character relationships.
The story is so promising and the art is gorgeous!
And I liked how we were able to see all the gruesome things happening in the Great Dungeon, the feeling of running out of Mana, suicidal thoughts, seeing corpses hanging from trees is truly horrific to image.
So it's much easier to picture the mental state and trauma the survivers face/have faced.
Leaving their dying wishes with Seo is such a kind gesture, wanting him to live on because he still had so much to live for.
Truly tragic and it actually made me tear up.
The way the story is written is brilliant and despite there being 40 chapters out now, it still feels like I should've let this cook longer because now I can't stop ;_; Gotta pray I find the novel.

Honestly I feel conflicted about the whole Taegu becoming a rival...I was so happy in the early chapters when we saw them having a brotherly relationship.
It felt refreshing that not every male character has to be romantically interested in the MC and he could've remained as support and defender of Yeongwoon having his (emotional) safety in mind.
I really hope the author only meant as in coming between them to look out for Yeongwoon not to get involved with him sexually, it would feel kinda dirty since in my head they're already big bro and lil bro.
We'll see, anyways hope the authors health gets better!
