Having sex with someone who is drunk is Rape. I don’t know if they were both drunk tho.
But if uke was drunk and seme still had sex with him (while he wasn’t drunk) then if course it’s Rape, be it common or not

they were both drinking. and having drunk sex happens all the time. you are responsible for what happens when you are drunk, thats why you can get a DUI. You are putting yourself at risk for doing stupid things. if drunk sex were rape there would be cases everyday of rape happening.

No, when you are drunk you are not in a state where you can control yourself. It’s not because you drink that you want to have sex, and the other person should know that (in this case, both were drunk so it’s quite not the same, but still seme is a stalker and have done some bad things)
So basically when you are drunk you are not yourself and so you can’t give consent to your actions. Oif you don’t give consent then it’s rape. A lot of person target drunk people to abuse them because they’re not in there right mind, can’t defend themself or anything. And then next morning the raper can say : you wanted to do it, so it’s not Rape.
Well for all the victims it is, so don’t assume things like that.

i stand by what i said. he was not black out drunk. when you drink you are responsible for what happens. you cant use being drunk as an excuse to get out of things. dont get drunk with strangers, or even with people you dont trust. you put yourself in a vulnerable position. the story shows hosik wanting to have sex, and that he already had feelings. drunk sex happens constantly without people calling it rape.

nope. a mini skirt doesnt incapacitate you the way that getting drunk does. if you are wearing the mini skirt you can say no. if you are drunk you are choosing to put yourself in a dangerous situation. if you dont mind making yourself vulnerable then go into a random bar and get completely drunk without anyone to look out for you. are you willing to take that risk? i wouldnt recommend it. just as i dont recommend taking drinks from strangers. nothing wrong with the skirt, just call the police or security if anyone becomes rude. you didnt respond to my comments on people that get DUIs. Should we forgive them? they are held responsible even though they are drunk.

No no, I've got this. The prologue skips back twenty years to when Pauliana is a child and sent to train. When she is fourteen, she enlists. She spent six years there to get her rank and was four years away from the ten year service that would have allowed her to take over her family estate when she was taken hostage and offered a better revenge/found someone who recognized her abilities.
She is twenty, at the youngest.
Not sure about the emperor. However, based on what people are spoiling, he does need to learn to respect Pauliana. I originally wrote respected instead of recognized but she was taken on for her abilities; it seems soon he will overstep the boundaries.
By the time this war ends, I would say Pauliana was eight/ten when she was forced out of her house so...6/4...12/10...we're looking at eight to ten years of war. Unless, hope to God not, Pauliana was as low as six when she was pushed out. That leaves six years left.
