This is one of the best novels I've read in this genre (bl or otherwise). It just gets better and better. But how is it under shounen ai? The smut was incredible

Those toxic fans are doing boruto dirty. They give it negative reviews based on their toxic bias and made boruto looks bad and new readers wont bother read stories with bad review. The sequel status is also not helping.

Yeah, like over time, Cale starts becoming lazier the more ancient powers he got. Since his dream is to relax. His hair starts getting longer since he doesn't care and he starts losing the muscle the original owner of the body worked for(lmao)

I love that there is no romance. So many of my favorite stories were ruined because of lame love interests and the main character always changes for the worse and becomes boring and cliche af when he is in love
A good romance can really add to the story and flesh the characters out .... but a bad one can do the opposite. Unfortunately, most stories can't do romance well. With that being the case, Im with you, much prefer stories without romance. Especially harem just wish fulfillment filler most of the time.
