wow, it's not just because she's a girl man. its the way the author made her in the story that pisses me off sometimes. I've read decent yaoi stories where there is a girl in the story but she ain't a bitch ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

There are so many bitches in yaoi that they felt the need to make a collection of one-shots where the girls are actually nice. That's a great thing to do but it's also sad they saw the need to do it because women are treated so badly in yaoi (as in they're bad people).
Also, Ichikawa Kei writes great female characters in yaoi (she also participated in the Joshi BL collection).
But sadly she's more like an exception than the rule.

I love ichikawa kei, but i see other mangas from differerent ppl that still have gr8 females. (i didnt click on the link btw) oh and theyre not just from one shots, since i feel one shots dont develop character as much as longer mangas :)

I'm chill, don't worry (▰˘◡˘▰) People tend to say exaggerated things on the internet ofc, it's the internet. I just thought the reaction was a bit harsh. It seems yaoi readers/fujoshis can get very violent when it comes to women in yaoi or shounen ai. The women in yaoi have to be perfect, if there's any flaw in them, the slighest bitchiness, fujoshis get their pitchforks ready to kill any woman in yaoi that seems to have done a mistake.
Of course, blackmailing is not "a slight error", it's a a serious matter.
But if there's rape or torture or mental, emotional abuse coming from a guy who does it to another guy fujoshis go "awwww, how cute and possessive he is" or "it's wrong what he does but I don't mind it cause he's super hot". Even pedophilia and incest with little boys it's okay with fujoshis, cause the characters are drawn nicely ^^

Yeah, I get what you're saying. And even if there was a possibility that the fact that she's a female was not as important as what she had done: blackmail. There's still the fact that in most other cases women in yaoi are burned at the stake by fujoshis for even more minor things. Which is really sad for me to see. Women hating their own gender with such passion... *sigh*

yea, but not all blackmail is the same, and although this case, isnt world stopping blackmail, it definitely is cringeworthy, and just a poor choice on her part, so either she just stupid or she a bitch in my opinion lol~ all ppl's definition of a "bitch" are diff too dont forget.
