They are three different timelines.
and they are not the same characters in them, although it may seem like that.
To understand better it is easier if you are familiar with the concept of multiverse and variants.
in the first universe, we know that Aeroc and Kloff ended horribly.
Both are given a second chance, first to Aeroc who is reincarnated in the universe of the second season.
Here he meets the variants of his first universe that are slightly different, for example the Kloff of this universe is still a violent madman, but not at the level of the first universe, this Kloff is even more open to the idea of two alphas together for the love he has for Aeroc.
In this reality Aeroc is happy because he begins to heal thanks to this Kloff and to fall in love with this variant, forgetting the one from the first timeline.
When Kloff from the first time line is reincarnated in another universe, he meets the variants of Aeroc and Rapiel who despise him for his strange attitude. In this new reality Kloff suffers more, and learns the hard way that he was the cause of the evil in his own world, he does not get the love of Aeroc in this universe but the Aeroc of this linea begins to treat him humanly out of pity.
And I haven't read it anymore, but it seems to me that there is even a fourth timeline. The author apparently sought to recreate several classic plots of reincarnation.

I don't think so? The reason why Wolfgang killed the previous king is because that's the only way for him to take the crown, but on the princess' case Im sure wolfgang would just pass the crown to her normally
I think what OP meant (w/o spoilers) is that she would have to do her darndest to pry the throne from her father since Wolfgang is still quite young AND has magic so he has quite the long lifespan to rule
