
this was lovely. I don't really even have anything to say rn but I just wanted to comment to say that this was lovely.
The only thing I didn't quite vibe with was the age gap relationship but other than that I loved everything -- the story, the characters and their growth, the beautiful beautiful art and the lovely color palette.

My take on this Jo vs TJ discourse is that I think Jo is likely be the end game. Aside TJ's toxicity -- As the story revolves around starting a new life and leaving the old one behind, Ian going back to TJ as he is now would contradict pretty much his entire character. Ian's desire for a normal life is one of the defining features of his character. And what's a constant reminder of his old life he so much wishes to leave behind? It's TJ. TJ would need a thorough character reinvention for it to make sense if he was the end game -- for example leave the gang among other things.
Anygays, I just hope Ian can find his happy ending whether it is with Jo, TJ or neither of them! (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
