People who defend this by saying “don’t like don’t read” confuse me like the consent rape/assault isn’t gonna go away if I leave I get I won’t see it but others will, and that’s the problem the author is just throwing the rape scenes in every few chapters instead of working on the characters, their stories and so on. Like I’m staying because I really do wanna see nuah’s and rix’s story progress but I don’t think that’s gonna happen in awhile, since the author thinks a bunch of rape and assault equals a plot point when it really doesn’t especially when you sexualize that rape and make it look like your character enjoys it. Honestly I think the author is just gonna keep putting rape/assault in this story, why? Because they don’t know how to right a decent story with conflict other then rape/assault, while also making it look like the character enjoys so they can get their suck rape fantasy out of the way.
