jinyao’s aunt took yi yun’s sperm that was being held and had an incubator baby with it. she didn’t know the sperm was yi yun’s because at the beginning of the story jinyao secretly switched his sperm w yi yun’s which was how rourou was born and is how jinyao is rourou’s biological father. and they kept yiyun’s sperm hidden away but still labeled as jinyao’s which is why jinyao’s aunt used it.

and rourou calling the duck big head is a possible foreshadowing that the new baby will be rourou’s legal little brother and that jinyao and yi yun will raise him.

Yes The baby who is coming is Yiyi's biological baby, the same way Rourou is Jinyao biological son.
But at the end of the day they are both Rourou parents and hopefully the newborn will join them soon
