Its psychological where this boy is in the hospital with this other boy he knows in school . Long story short they fell in love then PLOT TWIST the other boy actually made the other boy injured intentionally (by making his cat cross the street while homeboy was biking thus crashing), bcuz his family owns the hospital so he can keep the original boy "his" forever.
