First of all, she NEVER has the chance to inspect the duke's house because the DUKE kept her busy.

She met the duchess once in the library which she thought was suspicious, but because she didn't do anything yet, she's not the prime suspect rn. Why? BECAUSE EVERYONE KEPT TARGETING HER. That empress, the prince, etc. She still couldn't tell if it's related to the serial killing or not..

Thirdly, she kept getting attacked, like I said, and the nobles didn't exactly make her life easy.
