I have Astraphobia. An intense fear of thunder and lightning. So everytime thunderstorms happen suddenly I become Haruhi from Ouran Highschool Host Club. Shit. I would start shaking, become terribly anxious that I feel like I want to throw up and started crying. I hate it so much.

In 2019 I was literally going THROUGH it like my mental health was at it's lowest and idk why but I impulsively cut my hair(that reached my ass at that time) to a neck length and I also cut my bangs. When a friend did that to me, I'd just say, "Let me help with yours" and like, actually help them do it. If you don't wanna help them, just say "Why don't you ask (another friend's name)? Not quite a pussy cuz he's a kitten but that's not the point here- My little kitten is dyinggggHe's suddenly so lethargic, unresponsive and cold So right now I'm doing what I could, warming him up and staying beside him:((((( but:(((( I don't think he's getting better:(((( I can't go to the vet because it's closed at the moment so I'm really helpless Have y'all ever experienced something like this?
