Based on my understanding to the pictures since I don't speak korean, its said that mc(seo-yoon?) here has depression and is currently taking pills, he was taken to the mental hospital due to his mother because she saw him kiss a guy named Jae-i? (the black haired dude in mc's flashbacks)
I'd describe Jae-i as possessive and manipulative to mc, since he manipulated mc into thinking that his siblings doesn't see his value. He is extremely possessive over mc to the point that he stalked and almost killed someone that was getting close to him. (so yandere? lmao)

Chinese mtl is readable. Korean is honestly not, or ur choice, it depends on your mental strength and determination. Afterall I have myself read it too tho I find it too tiring now
You know what. Understandable. Ik I have like 200 different korean mtl downloaded on my phone ,but honestly. I have read none or them up till now and I can only remember 1 korean novel I read a mtl of which I didn't make past the 20th chapter.
