Everyone kept mentioning about the arc after this and as someone who hasn't read the novel, can someone pls spoil me??♀
I didn't read the novel but on TikTok some people were saying that shj is a reincarnator or smth so maybe the arc will have smth to do with that
he isn't a reincarnator, it's a lot crazier in fact lol do you want me to spoil it ? it'll be revealed much much later btw like the 400s chapters.
there'll be some transitionary chapters for now- song taewon vs sung hyunjae fight, yoojin's fear resistance is lowered by stw, etc, odd amounts of tension bw hyj and stw ?? hyh gives hyj a sleeping pill ☠ so that he can find out about the magic stone thing, hyh in glasses again , and then sung hyunjae gets like ?? idk amnesia ?? or like his pre-regression memories overriding... it's a bit complicated. not only realated to the regression, i mean it is but it's happening because of his origins which is a big ass spoiler and sort of related to why the white bird stole han yoohyun's body, anyway yeah so amnesia shj drags hyj using chains across his house and then drowns him in his fish tank until hyj passes out.....erm yeah. that... then they have one of my favourite conversations they've ever had.....

Honestly it's pretty boring in the beginning, the first couple is alright. Only kept reading because of the second couple
If you want drama, season one doesn't have any until the later chapters. But the characters are really refreshing in the season one due to them not following some of the yaoi tropes. Doujin is a capable uke who has the abs. Taehee is an introvert but is not shown as shy. He's just likes to be with fewer people but is not afraid to speak out his mind. And the one woman is not portrayed as bitchy, but really helps out as a friend.
And this is the first manwha I have read that tackled the racism and some of the toxic social constructs that mostly appear in a homegenous society like South Korea. Like most manga or manwha I read typically portrays foreigners or people who went abroad as exotic creatures. But here, it is portrait much more realistically.
And if you decided to read this to the season two, go back to chapter 60 of season one. That guy really deserved what he got on that chapter. (Sorry for the long post)
Yes especially season 1 don’t listen to those ppl telling u season 1 isn’t good it’s very wholesome season 2 is toxic and the characters are annoying
