They arent related their dads used to work together and they were really good friends
But they are step brothers because the seme dad married melli mom to protect them from the seme mom

Tbh I feel like the cover and description should be abt the butlers. The first three chapters abt aoi and jirou are basically just context for the butlers relationship.
