It took me a couple months to read this Bc for me it was boring and I barely understood what was going on. I kinda just quick read it? I didn’t treaty oay much attention to the monologues. Maybe bronze is better
I’m on chapter 8 and there seems to be a mix up. Where the queen of midland dies and when Gutts leaves the whitehawks. They’re switched so Guts leaves THEN the queen dies. I noticed when I first read the part where everybody was wearing fancy clothes. I was like “but they just got out of war, and Griffith passed out??” and then after. I read it I realized they were mixed up.
if anybody remembers, are there any other chapters and parts mixed up in the future? I just want to be sure so I don’t get confused later. I know it’s over 300 chapters so I’m not expecting much, but it’s worth a try! Thank you

very loose/ bare bones spoilers bc it's been awhile and I don't remember all the details 100%
the red haired guy is working for/with someone else (another red hair guy if I remember correctly, and he can use magic I think) and that other redhead is plotting some serious shit against Wolfgang.Shin knows that the red hair guy is shady, and wants to protect Wolfgang which is why he's been interacting with the red hair guy. Later, an attack happens and Wolfgang gets removed from the situation bc Shin drugged him. This is where all the stuff Shin has been doing behind the scenes comes to light, like talking to the people in that icy region to come help. Shin ends up being held as a hostage, but he goes along with it because he doesn't want anything to happen to Wolfgang. However, Wolfgang shows up and saves the day (alot more goes down but I can't remember the exact details). everything is going well after that until s2 ends with Shin telling Wolfgang that he needs an empress.

Hiayan obv has a crush on Shin and they slowly grow 'closer', though not really, its one-side as Shin really loves WG. Something does come up to bother Shin but idk what tbh, probably trying to figure out whose the traitor. Wolfgang will obv revel in jealousy for a bit. Though they have some smexy time in chp 33/34ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~ Shin knows someones coming to take down the king so he plans everything out. He sends Wg away in a carriage in his sleep and asks the Artic soldiers to help fight when the Red snakes come. (I forgot what the Artic people are called lmao.) He sits in the throne room to pose as a king, waiting for the enemy to arrive. The scene will make it so it looks like everything is going according to his plan - Haiyan was just another pawn to him really. Shin sits there and lets them take him as he thinks about all the times he's spent with WG. He really does love him, everything Shin does is for WG. They take Shin to a room and starts torturing him for days on end to find out where WG is. In all of this, he thinks about WG and only WG. He ends up being kept as a prisoner, chained to a room, he's injured badly to the point he has bandages all over. Haiyan feels guilty after seeing Shin hurt like that and opts to always visit him. Later, Shin looks through the window to find a carriage, the brown-haired noble that was talking to the long-red haired general in prev. chapters was a traitor, along with the red-head child. Turns out the long-red haired general was the mastermind. Hiayan was part of their plan all along but his feelings for Shin is genuine. （/TДT)/ An explosion breaks out in the mansion as Haiyan rushes to find Shin but Shin's already held captive by snakes. The general comes in revealing himself and starts messing with Haiyan's mind with twisting words, trying to get him to kill Shin. But he doesnt, instead, he frees Shin from the snakes and runs to the balcony. WG comes leaping through, slashing Haiyan and gets to have Shin back in his arms. Shin cries, WG is furious that he's in this state. Then they start telling the General's backstory for good half the chapter. They fight, WG gets bitten and poisoned, Shin cries even more. A big ass snake comes up behind them and tries to eat them, but Hiayan stabs the general so the control of the snake falters. He starts dying dramatically, Haiyan tells them to go. They fall off the balcony and it starts raining so it puts out the fires. WG cries, Shin blushes, they have a bonding moment. To be continued for Season 3 Y-Y
