Pls, I’m sorry but the sister annoys me so much maybe it’s bc I don’t have an antagonistic relationship with my brother, but from her POV, she nearly killed him and caused him to transmigrate to another world when he clearly wants to be in their og world, yet she doesn’t give a shvt about that. She also clearly only sees the characters as NPCs, which is ironic considering she cared more abt the game than MC, yet MC has more compassion for the characters than her. Also, why tf didn’t she help MC explain the misunderstanding??? She just ran to Yuriel and let him explain by himself bruh.

Personally, I’m rooting for the duke a bit more than the prince bc the prince gives me yandere vibes, like lock you in the black room and isolate you from everyone vibes duke also seems to get along with MC more while the prince just seems to annoy MC all the time LOL

Actually the first time I’ve seen Vietnamese cuisine in a cooking manhwa?? I really was not expecting that. Some of the Viet words/wording is incorrect, but other than that, it’s quite good! This is probably the first cooking manhwa I’ve read that has an MC specialize in international cuisine tbh.

Also, some of y’all need to chill with the elf girl, it’s giving misogyny. I hate romance in shounen/action manhwa too, but you can tell this manhwa doesn’t sexualize or objectify girls the way some other shounen manhwas do. I could tell that back when the Kpop girl members were introduced tbh. And let’s be honest, an elf girl is not actually unnecessary. I don’t see anyone calling the beastmen unnecessary and obviously it’s gonna include multiple races. Elves are also one of the main races shown in fantasy stories. Elves are predominantly women, hence it is unsurprising and expected for an elf girl to show up eventually? It’s also highly unlikely that this manhwa will have romance, so chill it on the women-hating. Hating on writing with poorly written female characters and shallow romance/harem plotlines is okay. Hating on female characters for showing up in a story is not.

It’s so good UGH I had a bad impression of ML and kinda everyone else besides MC and his deceased hunter colleagues at first bc wdym you want to disrupt MC’s peace just to fight him when he clearly doesn’t want to fight anymore if he disappeared after a death dungeon?? But I’m glad ML’s reason was a bit more mature than that.

I don’t agree with a lot of what ppl are saying abt MC either though, like ML saying that true arrogance is hiding your power? Like no it’s not lol? And that red hair guy who says MC is a coward for hiding, like my guy, he fought in the doomsday dungeon to save the world before you even had a stable income, who are you to condemn him??? Also, I wish people would just respect that MC wants to be retired. My man fought for 300 years straight, he deserves retirement. Hoping that there’s gonna be a segment where he explains that it actually took 300 years and all the suffering everyone went through. Whenever he thinks “if only we had this and this,” I get so sad bc I would be bitter af too. Like the hunters today have it sm easier than the first generation bro, the least you can do is appreciate that and respect the ppl who suffered for you.

I would also like to beg the author for side stories later on abt a parallel universe where MC’s bsf and the leader and all the hunters he was close to made it out of the dungeon together and they lived together in a cozy community, celebrating each other’s birthdays like they wanted to

Eunho has severe self-esteem issues and it might be one of the saddest portrayals I’ve seen in bl. He straightup doesn’t value himself as a person when it comes to romance and even for friends, even ppl he knows are just taking advantage of him, he’s still perfectly fine following what they want. Ik a lot of ppl are probably gonna hate on him for crying a lot and his lack of communication, but the author did a nice job of portraying his issues as actual detrimental problems instead of using them to just make his personality quirky or shy like in some other stories. Ofc, I hope he can slowly grow past it and learn to care for himself with the help of MC!

I love this manhwa sm the art is gorgeous and both the MC and ML are so likable with great chemistry! It’s also great when the plot obstacle is an external force and not bc of the MC’s or ML’s personality they’re so power couple <3 I rly like how the MC gave the idea of how to deal with ML’s father and how he didn’t regret or feel guilty because of it. A lot of other stories have the MC trying to be the “better person” or smt, and it just makes a lot of sense for MC to want to take revenge, especially when he’s been suffering through the consequences everyday in every aspect of his life, whether it’s his career, personal, or family life. In so excited for the side stories! Rly need more fluff and everyday happiness for them

I really like this manhwa! It’s lowkey cliche, but done in an overall nice way! The attraction at first sight was cute and I like how they got together smoothly without the ML being a jerk first and chasing after MC for his forgiveness and all that. While I wish the MC told the ML abt his stalker, I like how he actually had a plan to solve it, even if it was reckless. Them during chapter 65 was just adorable, main couple as lovey dovey background characters while the side couple is still figuring out their shvt is just so cute tbh.

MC is just as affectionate to the ML and has his random horny moments too LOL and we love a ML who cries on the MC’s behalf as well. Also, not the MC randomly disliking boomers LMFAO?

MC is for the aros/aces I’m afraid. His thought process of struggling to differentiate between romantic feelings and platonic affection is so relatable to many in the aroace community. Also, THE CAT?!!?! It’s so freaking CUTE I love how he just snuggles into it smts, I wanna do that too

And thank you to the ML for not turning the relationship toxic. I’ve read a couple BLs with similar plots where the ML tries to get close to the MC and have him rely on him more while using objective-sounding reasons to justify it and a lot of them have manipulation, guilt-tripping, and/or gaslighting in them to force the MC to gain feelings for them and I’m so happy this story just had a cute roommate storyline.

That “I’m gonna kiss u regardless of what u say” line is not as cool as u think it is ML

The MC is actually adorable and absolutely wasted on the ML. I could imagine him having his cute, smooth office romance like those other wholesome office mangas/manhwas with a side of being teased/bullied by his lover

I love how the grandma admitted that she wasn’t proud of what she told MC bc TY. She’s doing it bc of circumstances and not bc she’s the typical traditional older generation as seen in most other stories.

Contrary to nearly the rest of the comment section, I’m not super interested in the main couple with a kid just yet LOL with MC’s reluctance to marrying alphas and having kids for them and all the other traditional alpha-omega stuff, I feel like it’d be better to focus on their relationship and stabilizing MC’s position as boss even after he married an alpha before having a kid.
