Not every story follows tight chronological order. This was obviously made to maintain tension.

like this. But the plot is awful and the characters are such a caricature of yaoi stereotypical archetypes I can’t finish this. I feel I lose brain cells to how pathetic Hwa Gok becomes as the plot progresses just to force his character into a typical uke role. The very first chapter and the current chapter are literally two different people in personality. How do you even manage to emasculate your male character to such an extent?! And this even a dig to femme men, Hwa Gok just become some sexualized damsel character.
Isn’t a dig at femme men*^^ in fact I love femme men who actually established femme male character not one made for convenience with a “physically macho” veneer once he’s put against an overtly hyper masculine love interest. Why does the bottoming character have to change everything about himself to ensure heteronormative roles within their relationship? Let alone how Hwa Gok is so Bella Swan like swept away in now time getting dick down by a man who assaulted him and has uprooted his entire life with no resistance or concern on Hwa Gok’s part how his life has been affected to the point he’s now some mythical wolf woman baby maker.
