as a Trans man who got bottom surgery just recentlly, I can assure you that it's not that easy unfortunately. The Penis itself can not get erect, thats because they take a skin graft ( most likely of your forearm). This skin doesn't contain Erectile tissue like a normal Penis would, so there is no way to get an erection without a penis p...... 2 reply
