I don't think that Yoseob is the killer (or the only) it's too easy, look Yoseob had clearly psychological problems that the story shows us voluntarily and makes him ideal culprit, I think it's more complicated. It's just a theory but I want believe in innocence of Yoseob, it's finally just a teenager traumatized by his childhood and that deeply loves his brother yes his attitudes is extreme but he is psychologically hurted and I understand this feeling to be feared to lose someone that we really like. Seeing his psychological, we can understand (no justified) his comportment....
And remember of the title "Uncomfortable Truth" why "uncomfortable" ?
