Author post recently a page which shows Wolgang with Shin, it's new I think because Wolgang wears his king's uniform. So, if someone can translate what they say it would be perhaps usefull to know a potential release date....
1st panel: There is notice.
2nd panel, Shin: To receive a coronation invitation for any number of people, regardless of age... Wolfgang: I'm sorry..! Eh, Don't be too hard. I heard that my popularity is striking the sky! Thank you!
3rd panel: I decided to eliminate the limit on the number of invitations so that a few people can attend the coronation. Everyone should take a precious step and make a point. For me to work.( last line doesn't make sense to me. but I triple checked.)

For season 2, I have bad news : I think that author with Lezhin had some problems (it's not the only author to be concerned). According to what I understood, there are sort of conflict. Unfortunately, if you see on Lezhin, King Maker is in Hiatus (sort of break)... I think we will wait yet :'(
ah yeah apparently lezhin has been treating the artists really shitty, not paying them as they should be and when they called them on it kind og black listing their stories so it doesn't appear in the lists. I've read many posts about it on Tumblr and many webtoonists are standing up against it. I hope it all works out well and Lezhin treats these artists as they should be.
Yup so it's complicated to determine when the author will publish season 2... I'm kinda sad because I like so much this story ^^'
