There's a good harem i know that girls have their own actual characteristics and are independent but okay so here are some i know:

Trash of the count's family (there's no particular romance but you'll love the girls there)
◍Omniscient reader's viewpoint (this too you'll love the girls here)
◍Begining after the end (tess is a bit... You know but you'll prolly like her? Cuz she's pretty alright for me, you may not like tess but there's more girls that suite more for the mc but he never ended up with)
◍Second coming of gluttony (in the novel they focused a lil bit to a harem but the girls are actually likable and strong without leeching off of the mc but the manhwa shows no signs of harem)
◍Otherworldly Sword King's Survival Records (girl here is very helpful and strong)
◍Bug player (girls here are sooooo strong and i have a wife there( ꈍᴗꈍ))
◍Medical return (it mostly focus on the mc's achievements thus not showing much of his love interest's intelligence but at lwast she has her own actual character and the other girls are also very much likable altho they did a bit of a love triangle the other girl accepted that mc already have the girl he wants to marry there's nothing much annoying other than the chairman and his son that i also shipped to the mc because of their start of friendship which is rivals to besties but he's still jealous of mc yet consider him his bestfriend. HE'S A BIG NO NO but it all started because of the chairman so idk i feel a bit of pitty)
