I am not sure it is a manga or not, but the artist is Minase Masara.
I don't know know as well if that's a manga or not, but I think the art i more like that of Yamane Ayano (thats just my opinion tho).

The artist is Yamane Ayano and I think I also looked for this thing a while ago, I'm not sure anymore but I think this was one of a few illustrations for a novel
So I just recently read Can't Take My Eyes Off of You and See You Again back to back on the same day and I just got to say, I had a turn of emotions from the same genre manhwa. Both of them were about the model/actor and manager type of situation. I'm pissed off but I like reading things that piss me off. LOL
And this is why Fluff yaoi was created, to cool down my heated heart. I applaud the mangaka for being able to make me feel so mad that I wanna stab a bitch. Gotta go read Sekaiichi Hatsukoi now lol.
