No, season 3 is still ongoing. It's just the translators decided to stop because it has been officially licensed for english translation.

I posted the raws for ch 8-11 + 6.5 and 7.5 in the raws section of the uploads on this site ( https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/therapy_game_restart/raw/ibx_chapter-8/pg-1/ ). I don't have ch 12's raws though & I haven't seen them floating around so unless it pops up somewhere else these are all the raws available rn :c
