This is why Tess isn't your average and boring FL because they usually make the FL the same for every isekai type story and its annoying like they always yell at the MC and they don't even self reflect until something bad happens it annoying but Tess thinks about the situation after something bad happens and if she wrong she would know not like other FL who think about the situation but then just continue being in denial its so infuriating!!! (⌒▽⌒)
The important thing to remember about Tess is that in case she wasn’t exactly wrong. She was actively doing her duty as student body president. If she had shown favoritism to Arth just because she knew him/like him it wouldve been suspicious to the other student body. She thought about it more because she felt as if it was the wrong thing to do. I agree there could’ve been a better way to reunite. But Arth is the one who had went straight to violence by throwing the Vice President over his shoulder. Thus in this situation Arth and Tess both actively take part in making their situation more and more awkward. Especially since while they were talking they were acting as if they didn’t know each other.
