Oh yeah, those pills are definitely the cause of her mana being low. I'm calling it right here, right now. I am curious, if that's the case, why the temple would want to block her powers? Maybe she made enemies with the temple in her previous life, considering she would be coming back in the future according to her prophecy. Ooooor this has something to do with the royal family? Would they have the power to order the temple to do that? I don't know, but I definitely think those pills are at the very least, blocking her mana.

Edit CHP. 28: Okay so now that it is confirmed the pills suppress her mana, I still think that it's in relation to the prophecy and her coming back. Right now it's only in relation to the temple, but I'm still wondering if the royal family could have a hand in this. Or a bigger power player in the background we have yet to meet.
