my guess is that micheol got involved with taehas family in the past somehow and that taeha’s initial plan was to get revenge on mincheol but then he fell in love with haesoo

I have a feeling he reminds of her of either himself or some other female (or a less likely male) figure in his life that was either also selfless and attached to someone else or something else Haesoo reminds him of. Either a nanny or mommy issues are also close bets (really hoping it's not a sister causing)
Yeah, I've been wondering where the mom is tbh. I also wonder how his father and brother will react.to her. Not saying love rivals or anything but they all seem very similar lol.
