I don't fully understand one thread, can someone explain to me? Hwan sent these monsters on Chiwoo, or what is it? If so, why? I don't quite get it, I think I misunderstood something.

Hwan is the villain and he's obssessed with Chiwoo, he's been manipulating him for years e he's the one who sends the monsters to attack Chiwoo, even when he didn't know Chiwoo also had powers, bc ya know, creppy dude rapper him before and apparently likes to see him getting absused or something??
Also, the purple haired Guy os the First monster created by Hwan and he doesn't have aby powers bc he was supposed to be a normal human who can fit in and find sunny's contractor which hebdidnt knew it was Chiwoo, so yeah, Hwan was just creating monsters to rape Chiwoo before even knowing he was Sunny's contractor bc mf be fucked up like that. I mean, what to expect from the person who caused Chiwoo's parents death? Oh, in case of doubt Chiwoo's parents died because Hwan wished for Chiwoo to never leave him and his parents where moving with Chiwoo at the time, that leads Chiwoo to become traumatized and close himself to the world but no worries for Hwan because that's what he wanted all along, for Chiwoo to have only him.
