It's not shounen but horror gore and the story is dragged out when it probably should have ended ages ago. Is it worth reading? Debatable. But it is lowkey interesting from the beginning.. for me I am still reading it to see how it all ends. Also there is lots of female characters that are going after MC like.. romantically. Which I don't like since I think it's extra like every female characters in that story are into the MC so it's up to you.
