Typical Isekai set up where a modern doctor is transmigrated into the book character of a useless aristocrat with a horrific destiny, and alters it using her foreknowledge of all the major world events and her medical training. It collapses the story of Florence Nightingale, the Crimean War, immunology and various surgical procedures into a grand old fantasy shmozz, which kind of takes the wind out of the not-so-insignificant historical reality.

Big time in Sky City, as the Bird clan faces off with the Human clan and the Ghost clan with a Phoenix up somebody's sleeve. Some original flashes, but mostly a long, slow, very plodding and often boring start followed by an ultra-quick escalation and an abrupt, but very weird, ending.
