And now, all of a sudden, we jumped into woo-woo land. I can't make heads or tails of this plot. What is going on? I'm not asking to be spoiled. I'm asking to literally find out what is happening at this point in the story.

I never know whether to laugh or gnaw my fingernails to the bone with this story. Her death, before she isekai'd the hell out of there, was so horrifying, but these men she's trying to figure out how to protect her life with, are so clueless and goofy. Should I laugh? Should I cry? I don't know ........
I'm finding the translation a bit difficult to parse. It's hard to get into the story when I'm not sure what the characters are trying to say.

Chapter 36 reminds me of that scene in the Wizard of Oz movie where the Wicked Witch tries to steal the ruby slippers and gets zapped every time she touches them: "These things must be done ... subtly ... subtly." Really, must they?
All's fair in love and war, I suppose, but it's hard to emotionally invest in characters who work so hard to not be invested into. It gets boring so fast. 6 chapters in already ... looks like it's time to hop onto another manga lilypad, and let this one drift away as aimlessly as it floated in.
I look forward to every update on this story. It keeps me on my toes. I want to see what role this gladiator fellow serves once she liberates him and his sister.
