I think the translations are behind. And I think that's mainly because a new group just recently took over translating this.

No, not behind at all. And we've been doing it for the last three updates, though not all of our versions are here.
We are 100% caught up and waiting for the April Emerald magazine. The volume and chapter info here is all fucked up, so don't go by that.
Emerald releases 3 times a year: April, August, December.
