I did the same thing at the gym years ago because my trainer hadn’t shown me the correct lifting technique. I still struggle with back pain to this day because of it, and I’m still young. Please please please be careful at the gym. Don’t be like me. Learn the correct techniques, never ever lift anything with your back, always lift with your legs or isolated muscles. Don’t use your back as a crane! Protect your back and it will protect you. Or you will be in pain for the rest of your life.

It just helps to save time, and I’m the type that can’t just stop reading something even if it’s bad. If I get an idea of a story before I read it then it saves me the trouble of being shackled to an awful story if people hate it lol
