What's the difference between Japanese manga and Korean manhwa except for the language?
Japanese manga is read from right to left while Korean manwhas are read from left to right.
and how they place the panels is also different you can recognize it right away
That's moreso because they're webtoons but not all manwha have that layout.

I do live in Iran and yes all the boys have to go through a 3 month period of military training and do some free work for a year but THAT'S WHY I'M SAYIN' IT'S CRUEL!!! (and here's sth not eveybody know...in here, if you're gay they don't make you do military service yooooo ┑(￣Д ￣)┍)

I live in Tehran and yeah...that's why I said not everybody knows about It... Actually I know a lot about rules related to lgtbqa community in here and it's legit that they can't force a homosexual person to do the service (they actually forbid it) in order to prevent the same incident that happened to Bum or some other things(like sodomy) btw Esfehan is a pretty fun City! S. Korea is still at technically at war with N. Korea hence all boys over the age of 18 must serve for 2 years in the military and remain on reserve afterwards. I mean you can consider it cruel, but I think S. Korea is just trying to prepare itself as best it can in the even that N. Korea decides to break the current truce and launch a sudden attack.
